Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Monstand Africa (the “Service Provider”) and any client (the “Client”) for the design, manufacturing and installation of exhibition stands and related services. Any quote accepted by the Client implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

1. Scope

Services include, depending on the accepted quote: strategic audit, 3D design, manufacturing, installation, logistics, on-site assistance and post-event support. The exact scope is defined in the quote and its appendices.

2. Quotes & orders

• Each project is the subject of a free, detailed written quote, issued within 48 working hours of receiving the brief.
• The validity period of each quote is stated on the quote itself.
• The order is firm once the quote is signed (or accepted in writing) and the deposit is received.

3. Prices & payment

• Prices are stated excluding taxes where applicable. Custom stands start from €700 / m² (approx. 459,000 FCFA / m²).
• Billing currency: clients located in the CFA franc zone (West Africa) are invoiced in CFA francs (FCFA); clients located outside this zone are invoiced exclusively in euros (EUR).
• Payment terms: a deposit is payable on order, the amount of which is set by Monstand Africa on a case-by-case basis according to the cost and risk level of the project; the balance is payable before delivery/installation.
• Accepted means of payment: bank transfer (local or international), and any other method stated on the invoice.
• Late payment may suspend work and delivery, without the Service Provider being held liable for the resulting delay.

4. Deadlines

Production lead times are defined on a case-by-case basis and stated in the quote. They run from receipt of the deposit and validation of the 3D design, and may be adjusted in the event of late validation, client changes or force majeure.

5. Validation & changes

Manufacturing only begins after written validation of the photorealistic 3D render and technical drawings. Any change requested after validation may give rise to an additional quote and affect the deadline.

6. Intellectual property

3D designs, drawings and creative concepts produced by the Service Provider remain its exclusive property until full payment. The Client receives a right of use for the contracted event. The Service Provider may feature the project in its portfolio unless the Client objects in writing.

7. Guarantees

• Compliance of the build with the validated 3D design and technical drawings.
• Premium materials and finishes, compliant with the safety standards applicable to event venues.
• Contractual delivery deadlines and technical support during the show.
• Civil liability insurance underwritten with AXA Côte d'Ivoire.

8. Liability

The Service Provider is bound by an obligation of means. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned and is covered by its civil liability insurance. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the stand by the Client or third parties, nor for events of force majeure.

9. Cancellation

Any cancellation by the Client after order confirmation results in the retention of sums corresponding to work already carried out (design, purchased materials, manufacturing in progress).

10. Personal data

Data collected is used solely to handle the request and the commercial relationship. The Client may request access, correction or deletion at hello@monstand.africa. See our legal notice.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of Côte d'Ivoire. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abidjan.
