A complete project typically takes 8 to 12 weeks from design to installation from our Abidjan workshops. For emergencies, we offer accelerated timelines (6-8 weeks) thanks to our full local production.
Our stands are custom-built and made to last. We study on a case-by-case basis how to re-install and adapt them for a new show, and we handle storage between events — to optimise your investment.
We favour durable materials and stands that can be reused from one show to the next, to limit waste. Recycled or recyclable materials are available on request.
We operate from our Abidjan hub in Ivory Coast and across ECOWAS and WAEMU countries (Ghana, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Mali, Guinea, Liberia, Senegal) — Burkina Faso and Mali left ECOWAS in early 2025 but remain WAEMU members. Outside Ivory Coast, we favour on-site production (partner workshop or mobile workshop) to avoid freight and customs; and when shipping from Abidjan is required, we handle transport and customs clearance — you keep a single point of contact.

Yes. Beyond the bespoke stand, we produce and coordinate every stand at an event — from custom to modular. Our record: 42 stands, i.e. 1,000 m² built and installed at a single show.
Yes. We are the local production partner for event agencies across West Africa: you keep the client relationship, we deliver on the ground to European quality standards. Local manufacturing means controlled costs, no freight or customs — but no "low-cost" compromise: West Africa is not a discount market, it's professional execution at a fair price.
Our custom stands start from €700/m² (about 459,000 FCFA/m²). The final budget depends on surface area, design complexity, finishes and AV. We provide a free, detailed quote within 48h.
A non-specialised workshop offers neither 3D renders nor technical drawings: you can't validate your stand before it's built, nor guarantee precise execution. We bring international expertise, project management, quality control and our 3D studio — and, through our network, a negotiated production rate. You keep a single point of contact accountable for the result.
